About the role
You will design, ship and run AI features used by real customers in a regulated industry. You will work with product, engineering and compliance to turn models into reliable, measurable and explainable systems.
What you will do
- Design and build LLM-powered features, including retrieval, tool use and agent workflows.
- Set up evaluation pipelines that measure quality, cost and latency before and after every release.
- Deploy and monitor models in production with clear guardrails, logging and fallbacks.
- Work with compliance and security so every AI feature meets our risk and data rules.
- Share what you learn and help the wider team use AI tools well.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building ML or LLM systems in production.
- Strong Python, plus experience with modern LLM APIs, vector search and evaluation methods.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, prompt security and failure modes of AI systems.
- Clear written communication and a habit of measuring before deciding.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments or another regulated industry.
- TypeScript or Go experience.
- Arabic or Turkish language skills.
